  1. Product Overview

SF double tank full name of “double steel-reinforced fiberglass tanks”, in 2005  from Japan to introduce China.   1. Structural characteristics and working principle

The structure of the SF double-layer oil tank is formed by the steel inner shell of the underground storage tank and the FRP outer layer forming the dangerous leak detection layer . At the same time, a leak detection tube for leak detection of dangerous substances is installed in the inner shell.

The double-layer structure made of steel-reinforced glass fiber adopts a patented processing method between the inner steel shell and the outer reinforced glass fiber layer, so that a gap of 0.1mm is generated between the inner and outer layers. 5 . On-site inspection project details

SF double tank in the factory have done rigorous testing and testing, the user must access the site by rigorous testing and validation according to the following items.

  1. Visual inspection

  1. Instrument testing

When the instrument testing is carried out, it must be carried out jointly by users, manufacturers, and related quality management departments. The main items are as follows:

Use an ultrasonic thickness gauge to check whether the thickness of FRP meets the specified requirements.

  1. b) Pinhole detection

Use a high-pressure pinhole detector to detect whether there are pinhole defects on the surface of the oil tank.

  1. Pressure detection

The pressure test is to confirm whether the pressure of the oil tank is consistent with the pressure of the shipment. This confirmation is checked by the customer every day after the oil tank reaches the scene.
